Sociologist Zeynep Tufekci wrote in an MIT Technology Review article, “belonging is stronger than facts.” We show that belonging online, on social media posts, retweets, what we share and who we follow. It will discuss our cognitive biases and cognitive blind spots and research-based strategies evaluate information.
